Our Instructors
William Clark
Bill is the founder and CEO of Clark Technology Group, Inc and Train With CTG. For the past 30 years he has been working with networking and telecommunications in the retail, health care, government, military and manufacturing sectors.
Bill is an accomplished IT instructor with over 20 years of experience in the classroom delivering hands-on learning experiences to his students. Bill is a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer and holds several certifications: CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, Network+, Security+, and Mobility+. He is also a Certified Wireless Network Trainer, Certified Wireless Technical Specialist, and Certified Wireless Network Administrator.
In addition to teaching exam prep courses for those certificates, Bill is also an experienced course developer and is the author of several technical training courses. His titles include VoIP for IT Decision Makers, Understanding Telecommunications Technologies, Cabling Voice and Data Networks, IT Fundamentals, Understanding Networking Fundamentals, Internetworking with TCP/IP, and Mobility+ Exam Prep. Bill has delivered hundreds of courses on networking technology throughout North America, Canada, and Western Europe. Bill received his M.A. from Indiana State University and lives in central Missouri.
Toby Skandier
Toby is a technical author, consultant, and instructor who has made computing and networking his life’s work, since 1985, as a junior in college. Toby established Talskan Technologies, based in Raleigh, NC in 2007.
Toby has earned numerous industry certifications, including Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI), Cisco Certified Network Associate and Professional (CCNA/CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Associate and Professional (CCDA/CCDP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, Cloud+, Storage+, Mobility+, i-Net+, Server+, and CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer).
Toby has been awarded the coveted Cisco Instructor Excellence Award in the Service Provider space for extremely high customer satisfaction for delivery of courses such as Configuring BGP on Cisco Routers.
